Xiangjiang Road intelligent parking lot project is a pilot project of Qingdao municipal government intelligent parking project.

Xiangjiang Road Business District, where the project is located, is located in the core area of the West Coast new area. There are many shopping malls and banks around, and there are a large flow of people and vehicles. Originally, some temporary parking spaces were set aside around the shopping mall and on the roadside. The number of parking spaces is limited, which is far from meeting the parking demand of citizens. The occupation of roadside parking spaces increases the traffic pressure of the section, which makes the parking problem more prominent and causes problems to the daily life of citizens.

Surrounding conditions of the project

In order to solve the parking problem of Xiangjiang Road Business District, Qingdao MaoYuan parking equipment manufacturing Co., Ltd. designed the plane mobile intelligent stereo garage according to the traffic layout and land intensive requirements.

The project covers an area of 2233 square meters, with a building area of 5916 square meters. The frame shear wall structure is adopted. The underground first floor is the fire pump room and the machine room. The south side of the ground floor is the shop. The north side is equipped with parking room, fire control room, office space and staff rest room. The second to seventh floors are parking spaces. With the completion of the garage, the original parking space for 15 vehicles has been expanded by 10 times to 150 parking spaces, saving about 3000 square meters of land resources.
